Sound Body Studio

This is the place for me! Each Yogi has been incredibly knowledgeable and kind. It's hard to find the motivation sometimes to get there but once your practice begins you know it was worth it.

Look no further for a hot yoga class. Shannon and her team at Sound Body took me in as a beginner. I feel stronger and healthier after every class. The vibe is peaceful and empowering.

I’ve been going to Sound Body since the studio opened during Covid. Shannon has welcomed us all of varying abilities and interests to her vision of a wellness community. All the teachers are passionate, supportive and knowledgeable. There truly is something for every body!!

I’ve been coming to this studio since it opened and I love it. I mostly go to the hot vinyasa classes but I also enjoy the Pilates and the fusion classes. The instructors are helpful and knowledgeable, the atmosphere is positive and welcoming and the other clients are friendly. More or less challenging options are provided so that classes are suitable for beginners and more advanced practitioners. I’ve found that the classes strike a lovely balance between mindfulness and an engaging, sweaty workout. Sound Body Studio is my happy place.

Shannon is a expert instructor. I came to her with no Pilates experience, with one on one instruction, she guided me through workouts. I’m now better prepared to take group classes with good understanding of exercise detail.
